Welcome to Shine Armor! We highly appreciate your visit and shopping at our store. Below is our Shipping Policy’s terms and conditions.

Shipment processing time

The orders will be processed within 1 – 2 business days. Please note that no shipment will be made during weekends and or holidays.

However, the shipment for high volume orders (on season) may be delayed for a few days. Nevertheless, in case of delay, we will notify you thru email or immediately contact you via phone call. Kindly give us additional days to fulfill our obligation.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

The total shipping charges for all your orders will be computed and shown upon checking out.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The shipment for PO boxes addresses can only be accepted/used within the US, US Territories and APO/FDO/DPO

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

A Shipment Confirmation with its tracking number(s) will be emailed to the sender once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will just be in forced for 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customs duties and taxes that will be imposed during or after the shipment of the order is not the responsibility of Shine Armor. Hence, any fees (tariffs, etc) that will be applied shall be the customer’s obligation.


Shine Armor will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment. If the order received is not in good condition or damage, you may contact the shipment carrier at once.

All packaging materials and damaged goods must be saved in order to file a claim.
