Where's my stuff?

We strive to ship orders within 1 business day. Occasionally, during big sales our processing time can be up to 4 business days.

Do You Have Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping on some orders in the continental U.S.A. For our current free shipping threshold, please visit shipping options at checkout.

How Do You Ship?

We have the ability to ship orders via FedEx, USPS, UPS and more. You'll be able to select from these options at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customs duties and taxes that will be imposed during or after the shipment of the order is not the responsibility of Shine Armor. Hence, any fees (tariffs, etc) that will be applied shall be the customer’s obligation.    

Returns & Exchanges

Can I Return A Product?

You can return items that are in new, and in unused condition for a full refund up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Do Your Products Come With A Warranty?

Shine Armor provides a warranty and satisfaction guarantees pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. All hard goods are backed by a 1 year-manufacturers warranty. Hard goods are also backed by out 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Chemicals and towels are not backed by a 1 year warranty, however they are backed by our 30- day 110% satisfaction guarantee.

Can I Exchange A Product?

Absolutely! You can return or exchange any item up to 30 days after delivery. Please email support@shinearmor.com to start the process.

Orders

My Order Is Damaged Or Missing Something

Shine Armor will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment. If the order received is not in good condition or damage, you may contact the shipment carrier at once.

All packaging materials and damaged goods must be saved in order to file a claim.

Where Can I Find My Order #?

Usually, you receive this by email after placing your order. Haven't received the email? Be sure to check your spam folder. You can also login to your account online and view the order number.
